Offshore deep-water production is complex and financially burdensome, employing hundreds of technical staff on a 24/365 basis aboard installations stationed hundreds of miles from the coast. This makes helicopters the only viable means of transport for technical staff and urgent physical deliveries. Given their importance to the daily operation of deep-sea installations, these services need to be safe, timely and reliable. Other critical missions such as emergency medical services, search and rescue, and timely asset maintenance may also be required for contingent reasons. There are strategic and operating reasons that make it critical for our customers to entrust all these missions to our highly trained and seasoned crews.

Onshore Services
We leverage our capabilities in Brazil’s vast geographic expanse to offer forest patrol, firefighting, emergency medical rescue, and power grid construction and maintenance services. In this fast-growing segment, considerations such as climate change and biodiversity preservation, public-private outsourcing and institutionalisation of service are contributing to the creation of a highly professionalised helicopter services market that responds to the challenges of sustainability.
Brazil’s energy transition policies have recently led to a monumental expansion of the national power grid to connect consumers with new renewable sources. Anticipating this development, we have pioneered and implemented a use case for the safe and reliable operation of heavy helicopters to construct power line stanchions in natural habitats. OHI creates tremendous value by accelerating the construction phase of the projects and avoiding the destruction of precious natural ecosystems. We are proud of this new capability that supports the prevention of deforestation and preserves biodiversity, while positively impacting the country’s socio-economic development through clean and affordable energy.
Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAV)
OHI Unmanned is pioneering the introduction of UAVs in Brazil by creating and promoting use cases for heavy drones (Cat. 1 and 2). This exponential growth segment will disrupt conventional activities by bundling physical and digital deliveries, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, eliminating waste, and improving efficiency. We are also developing data gathering and analysis tools that will amplify our digital delivery services (IAAS) for multiple end users.
OHI Unmanned strives to serve the needs of sectors including agriculture, environmental biodiversity, forestry, mining, oil & gas, power & utility infrastructure construction and maintenance, security & safety, and logistics. We expect the adoption of these technologies to accelerate in tandem with regulatory progress, as customers and regulators widely embrace the potential of these technologies. We are readying for that moment.
Advanced Air Mobility (AAM)
Key megatrends affecting personal mobility in modern societies are urbanisation, population growth and technology advancement. Among their side effects are lagging social infrastructure, rising personal security risk, and buoyant demand for air travel. In modern megacities where interconnectivity is critical, unpredictable traffic congestion impairs individuals’ productivity and quality of life, and where personal security risks are deemed to be on the rise, Revo aims to be the safe, rapid, stress-free institutional solution for intra-city and sub-regional transport.
Revo is for discerning guests who value predictability, time, quality of life, and well-being. It is a service that caters to a premium experience based on high-touch, safe, and reliable door-to-door transportation. Revo offers scheduled airport transfers and intra-city shuttles with real-time booking and pricing via an advanced mobile app powered by network algorithms that optimise flight scheduling based on predictive traffic pattern models. Additionally, for demanding guests who value privacy, Revo offers bespoke service within the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Revo operates an asset-light, technology-enhanced business model that is designed to be globally portable and scalable. We aim to add at least one global megacity per annum starting from 2025. We will migrate Revo from helicopters to eVTOLs as soon as these technologies are certified to be commercially viable.
