Lisbon, 12^th of February 2024 – OHI Group, Latin America´s leading air mobility solutions, announces a change in leadership at its Brazilian Affiliate Omni Táxi Aéreo.  After a dynamic and successful 2024, Omni Helicopters International (OHI) is poised to embark on an exciting new chapter in 2025, reinforcing its position as a leader in air mobility.

As part of this strategic evolution, the group announces a key leadership transition: Roberto Coimbra will step down as CEO of Omni Táxi Aéreo (OTA) to assume the role of Board Director at the OHI Group. In this capacity, Coimbra will leverage his entrepreneurial mindset and extensive aviation expertise to support the company’s continued expansion. Additionally, he will lead Omni Unmanned, developing it into a global leader in innovative UAV solutions.

Succeeding Coimbra as CEO of OTA is Paulo Couto, previously OHI Group’s Chief Transformation Officer. With over 25 years of experience in business transformation and strategic leadership in a broad range of industries, Paulo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA) and a BSc in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Over the coming weeks, Coimbra and Couto will work closely to ensure a smooth and structured transition, adhering to best practices in management of change and strict compliance with local regulations.
