Paulo joined OHI in 2023 as Group CTrO. He leads transformational programs and innovation efforts to consolidate the company’s pursuit of end-to-end excellence and to integrate next-generation platforms (such as UAVs and AAM) into OHI’s efficient networks. During a career of over 25 years, Paulo was a catalyst for significant performance improvements in several global organizations such as Vale, Whirlpool, Bain & Company, AMBEV and Shell.
Paulo holds a BSc in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA).
