Duncan is an experienced operations leader and business developer and acts as an innovative force of change within OHI. He joined OHI in 2020 to lead the company’s international expansion and establish OHI as a credible and reliable solutions provider. He was also tasked with revolutionizing the OHI customer experience by introducing innovative features that straddle data science and sustainability. His background encompasses over three decades of aerospace engineering and operations, starting at Pratt & Whitney Canada in the UK and progressing to numerous leadership positions held over nearly 20 years with Bristow Group.
In 2018, Duncan was elected as a Fellow of the UK Royal Aeronautical Society.
